Service
Parcelwalah provides on-demand parcel pickup and delivery services through its mobile application.

User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
- Provide valid contact information.
- Ensure that parcels do not contain prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or dangerous items.
- Pack parcels securely before handing them to the delivery partner.

Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings may be cancelled before a delivery partner is assigned.
- Once a delivery partner has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation may not be permitted.
- Parcelwalah reserves the right to cancel any booking due to incorrect information, operational issues, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued:
- If a booking is cancelled before partner assignment.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to a technical or operational issue caused by Parcelwalah.
Refunds will generally not be issued for: incorrect address provided by the user, recipient unavailable, prohibited items, or cancellation after dispatch. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability
Parcelwalah is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Items
Users must not send:
- Illegal goods
- Hazardous materials
- Explosives
- Weapons
- Narcotics
- Any item prohibited under applicable law
Parcelwalah reserves the right to refuse deliveries containing prohibited items.

Changes to Terms
Parcelwalah may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
